Our crew pours your foundation once the site grading, inspections, and approvals are complete. Form boards come down, and you’ll feel the stability and promise of what’s to come.

The structure goes up—the frame gives your home its "bones." Framed walls, roof trusses, exterior sheathing—it’s where your design truly begins to take form.

With roof decking, shingles, doors, and windows installed, your home starts to feel real. By now, the exterior is defined, and curb appeal becomes more visible.

Next comes HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. With those systems in place, exterior finishes like stucco or siding can go on. You’ll also get to experience the layout firsthand before drywall.

One of the most exciting parts of building a home with Urban Edge Homes is the personalized design experience. Once your floorplan and homesite are finalized, you’ll be invited to a private Design Appointment at our curated Design Studio.

During this appointment, our experienced design consultants will guide you through every detail of your home — from flooring, cabinetry, and countertops to lighting, plumbing fixtures, and exterior finishes. You'll see and touch a wide range of premium selections, with expert advice tailored to your personal style, lifestyle needs, and budget.

Sheetrock is hung and textured, and interior details begin to emerge: doors, baseboards, crown molding, custom trim, and shelving in closets and pantry. Storage and design converge here.

Wall paint goes up, and your cabinets arrive and are installed. Designer finishes start to tie everything together—creating flow and functionality from room to room.

Final finishes are installed: countertops, tile, appliances, lighting, faucets, mirrors, hardware, and even landscaping. Fixtures and accents bring your home’s personality to life.

It’s time for your walkthrough with your dedicated manager. Once all final items are checked off, it’s move-in day. You’ll enjoy full warranty and ongoing support—your Urban Edge experience continues beyond closing.
